Overlooking a beautiful garden, we had the Training professionally carried out by Janice Weir-Germia, the Director herself.

We had many responsibilities for our Patients, so she was gracious enough to split the face to face Training so that all 8 of staff, including me, could take the course and be ready for the inspector.

She also took the time to advise us on our Kitchens and how to make sure no mistakes are made.  We work with a fragile and vulnerable group of clients who are known in the Food Safety course as High Risk.  Thank you so much for helping us PASS.

We went from 3 stars to 5 stars with your guidance.

All of our Voluntary church members and friends took the course and PASSED.

You then took the time to go through our Safer Food Better Business and help us to complete it.  We also created a one page Diary and Temperature sheet based on examples that we saw and it works so well for us that when the Inspector came suddenly on Sabbath, we had everything in place.  As yu said, we showed her everything and did not just wait to be asked.

Now we have FIVE STARS.  Amazing Achievement for us all.

Whilst we were still building an Inspector opened the door and asked us about HACCP and Food Safety and all other things we did not understand.

Just at that moment we were going crazy trying be ready for the Inspector you came along.

Now we have Level 2 and 5 of our staff with Level 3 certifications.

We also appreciate the Audits with a scoring system and receiving the electronic version for our records.
